Today my breakfast was green tea frappe with breads. My lunch was noodle with pork balls and fish balls. My dinner was rice with fried chickens and fish. And finally, my weight is up!! 40 kg. today. Bravo! :D

Finally December is here!. Today i had noodle tomyum with 5 pork balls at 8 am. Then i have had sandwich and chocolate at 10 am. My lunch is noodle kao kai ( a chicken thing). My dinner was fish and Caesar salad. Today i weight 38.9 kg.

Today i woke up a bit earlier than the past 2 weeks so i had a breakfast. My breakfast was fried pork ball and milk as usual. My lunch was chicken steak with potatoes ship. My dinner was noodle tomyum and orange juice. My weight is 38.6 kg.
